All you need to know about the new skin care gift box offered through ATURA.

What will I get in my box?

Boxes will contain at least 4 full sizes products from brands we are showcasing through our online store. We focus on small batch companies and, at this time, they are mainly Australian made. The exact products will be explained in detail on the product purchase page. You will only receive products that harmonise with nature, and you will be assured that the ingredients of each product meet our strict requirements. Find out more here.

What makes the ATURA box different?

The ATURA box will feature brands specialising in artisanal/ hand made products from all over the world. This means you are highly likely to receive a product you have never tried before. We have analysed the ingredient make-up of a lot of skin care products and are confident that the ones that make the cut are not only good for you, but good for the environment. We also want you to feel like you are receiving something special, and this will be reflected in every element of your box. Read more here.

Can I change an item in the box?

We believe we have designed a box that fits the season and has a great aesthetic look and appeal. However, we understand that there might be items that you would prefer. If you want to swap an item, please write to us: info@aturacollective.com and we will happily help you create your own indulgence experience. 

Please note the following when choosing a swap:

  • The minimum cost of The Indulgence Box is £59 + Shipping. The item you swap out will not reduce the price of the box.
  • If you swap for a more expensive item, the difference will be added on to the total price of the box.
  • Boxes come in set internal dimensions: 21cm x 16cm x 8cm. Products must be able to fit in the box together.

How will I receive my box? 

Your box will be beautifully packaged and shipped to your door.

Where do you ship?

To begin, we will only be shipping to UK addresses. 

I want to give my box as a gift. Do you include the receipt?

All purchases through ATURA will generate an email receipt. Less paper wastage and a more discreet gift!

How frequently will the boxes be renewed?

They will be renewed quarterly for a fresh, seasonal take on indulgence items. There is also plans for other themed boxes in upcoming months.
