UK: My Hermes standard: £2.95 (Once despatched, you should receive your purchase in 2-4 business days).
Ireland: My Hermes standard: £3.95 (Once despatched, you should receive your purchase in 2-4 business days).
The rest of Europe: My Hermes International: £11 - £30 based on weight
We want you to be completely happy with your order and so are able to offer replacements on goods damaged in transit or sent in error.
To return a product, please send an email including your name, item you plan to return and the reason for your return to email@example.com. We will help you from there. Please note the following requirements for a return:
- Goods must be returned to us in saleable condition within 14 days of receipt of good.
- All items will need to be returned in their original packaging including gift boxes. We will refund all qualifying returns to your credit card or PayPal account within 14 days of receiving your return.
- Original shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error, in which case we will email you a return label to print out and use.
- All returns are at the expense of the purchaser. However, if goods are damaged in transit or you receive a product in error, we will refund shipping costs. We suggest using a recorded service to ensure safe return of the items. Please retain your shipping tracking number until you have received your refund.
- We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on goods that have been opened, or used, for hygiene reasons.
- Under the ‘Sales of Goods Law’ we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods.
- Please contact us if you have ordered an item in error and we will endeavour to swap the unopened, unused item for the one you require. This is at our discretion.
We are happy to exchange items as well. Simply return your items in the same manner as outlined above. Please note your exchange selection in your email and return it to us.
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged; we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once an order has been marked as shipped, we are unable to cancel orders. Should you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us at email@example.com. Your order will be treated as a return, subject to the return policy stated above, including the potential delay in processing. If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the package to us, as with any return.
If the order has not been shipped, we will process a full refund including any shipping charges.
